My practice utilizes a "whole person" mind-body-spirit orientation, that employs unique strength-based methods and solution-focused strategies. I have worked with mental health conditions ranging from mild to severe in both community and hospital-based settings, as well as in my practice. I have written and published numerous articles and papers pertinent to the fields of behavioral healthcare, personal and career growth and leadership strategies and frequently present at professional conferences. As a senior clinician and executive, I have also had a diverse career in having served in CEO/ managerial leadership positions in several community and residential based organizations in both Ohio and Maine. Additionally, in 2017, I formed my own company Leadership Management Associates, LLC specializing in leadership coaching, counseling, consultation, and crisis management services. I was recognized as Professional of the Year in 2007 by NAMI-Maine and am the recipient of a Professional Achievement Award from Bridges (Ohio): Consumer Mental Health and Empowerment. Recreational interests I have include hiking, biking, photography, Yoga, horseback riding, writing, and books.
