I have had experience working with patients while they were undergoing deep brain stimulation surgeries in their awakened stages and have served patients in an Eating Disorders Center, a Chronic Pain Center, and a Sleep Disorders Center. I have worked with severe and co-morbid mental health issues in residential treatment, a free clinic, and in private practice serving individuals of all ages, couples, families, and groups. My additional trainings include trauma-based treatments, military sensitivity, mediation, diversity & inclusion, emotional intelligence, and executive coaching. 

I focus attention on my clients’ needs by using a range of techniques from evidence-based therapies including Eye Movement Desensitization & Reprocessing (EMDR), Prolonged Exposure (PE), Cognitive Behavior (CBT), Rational Emotive Behavior (REBT), Narrative Therapy, Solution-focused (SFBT), Person-centered (PCT), Dialectical Behavior (DBT), and relaxation techniques.
